A vintage design marketplace needed one storefront for retail and trade buyers
Forma Strata sells rugs, vintage pieces and one of one objects. A standard store template could not hold a catalog like that, where many pieces exist once and every launch needs its own moment. Sales depended on single launch events with no way to repeat them. We built one storefront for retail and trade, plus the campaigns and inventory workflow to run it every week. Displace runs the store from Madrid and Miami.
We designed and built the store on Shopify checkout from scratch. It carries rugs, vintage pieces and one of one objects, each filterable by category, price and color, with a custom rug builder for shape and color.
Approved designers and buyers log in to a trade account. Trade pricing applies automatically at checkout, and trade buyers get presale access to new drops before the public sale.
GA4 and Google Tag Manager run with consent mode. Displace sends a weekly report on sessions, subscribers and sales, from Madrid and Miami.
